Welcome to your South Maui escape! Our renovated ocean view condo at Kihei Aliʻi Kai is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Maui. Kamaole Beach I is just across the street, making it easy to spend your days swimming, snorkeling, watching sunsets, or simply relaxing on the sand. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed WiFi, Smart TV, and all the comforts of home. Take advantage of the resort's beautiful pool, hot tub, sauna, pickleball courts, and shuffleboard.
Good to know
My beautiful Kihei Alii Kai ocean view condo will be your home away from home. It is on the 4th floor of an elevator served building and a short walk from Kamaole 1 Beach, which is one of the finest white sand beaches on Maui. The resort, itself, has a beautiful pool, good for lap swimming, as well as a jacuzzi and sauna. There are also both pickleball and shuffleboard courts and I provide the equipment. My beautiful ocean view condo has air conditioning throughout. There are 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds. The loft bedroom also has a twin bed. The bathroom has a full size shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a built in microwave oven, and has small appliances such as a toaster and toaster oven, hand mixer, coffeemaker and blender. The living room furniture is comfortable and spacious, and the Smart TV is ready for you to stream movies or enjoy cable. There is dining both indoors and outside on the lanai, and you can enjoy the ocean view any time of the day, sheltered from the sun by the awning which covers the lanai. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler and lots of beach toys for your use. There are also books and games for both children and adults. We hope you'll love this special corner of Maui as much as we do and create memories that bring you back again and again.

Accessibility and Availability
Neighborhood
Kihei Alii Kai is centrally located and near our wonderful Kamaole beaches. A walk down the driveway will take you to the Dolphin Plaza, a small mall with several restaurants, a bakery and gelato shop. Just across South Kihei Road is the beautiful Kamaole 1 Beach, where you can swim, snorkel, boogie board, or just lie on the beach with a good book. A walk along Kihei Road will take you to several small malls with restaurants, a Hawaiian Moons health food store, and tourist shops. Foodland Supermarket, is one mile away. Safeway is other shopping is less than 3 miles away. There is a beautiful ocean path, which will let you walk from the Kamaole beaches all the way to Wailea if you wish, where you will find upscale resorts and dining, and major golf courses.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire condo and full use of all Kihei Alii Kai amenities, including the pool, hot tub, sauna, pickleball courts, and shuffleboard courts.
